Horse carriage

A large freight wagon designed for transporting goods and materials in urban and rural environments of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The solid wooden body with high sides sits on a sturdy chassis with four spoked wheels with fittings, complete with simple footplates and small metal brackets. Materially, it is a combination of raw wood and wrought iron, with a grey-brown colouring, some remnants of original lettering and a distinctive patina of long-term use. The car is in original, unrestored condition, suitable for exterior use only. It evokes the catering of cities, the operation of artisans or tradesmen and is an authentic prop for film, series, advertising, and even photo shoots.
