Carriage canopy

Single detachable canopy designed to be mounted on a wooden commercial or delivery wagon, typical of urban and craft environments. The construction consists of a lightweight wooden frame covered with a coarse textile canvas, decorated around the perimeter with a woven geometric border. There is a surviving printed oval emblem on the upper surface and a hand-painted company inscription on the front, 'Bultitude and Sons - Painters & Decorators'. The colour scheme combines dark green painted wood and light textiles with pink and red decoration. The condition is original, service worn, with a distinct patina. Suitable for exterior and interior use. The prop is ideal for film, series, advertising with a period commercial or street context.
